The hotel's proximity to the bus terminal was convenient. The staff offered warm, prompt service, assisting with directions. I found the breakfast selection satisfying. The cleanliness was very evident throughout the premises.
Soundproofing was minimal. I heard street noise during the night. It would improve the experience with better insulation.

My room had a very comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Plenty of light streamed through multiple windows, ensuring good ventilation. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. This was helpful.

convenient location friendly staff helpful staff thin wall busy road missing kettle
the location was very convenient. the bus station was right across the street, very helpful. the staff was also friendly and helpful when i asked for advice.
the walls felt thin at times. i could hear noise from the busy road outside. there was no kettle in the room, that would have been convenient.

The staff proved nice and helpful , something I did appreciate.
The room size was small, it made it difficult to relax. Sound insulation was poor and I heard noises from the corridor. The lack of space and thin walls.

The hotel is near the city center. Bus stations are close to the hotel and that was very convenient. Breakfast had good options. The staff was friendly and offered helpful tips for local attractions.
The sound isolation was not perfect I could hear corridor noise.
